Mrs. Doubtfire was our favorite Scottish Nanny, the perfect foil to our Gen X (slightly lax) upbringing. "It was a run by fruiting" was a favorite phrase for the majority of the 90s for us. There's been many a time when I wanted to throw a lime at someone's head.  I'm almost to the age where it's appropriate behavior.
