I think we have all been on a bit of a mental health journey over the last few years. Between the pandemic, the insurrection, the death of Roe, Florida and other states losing their minds and leaning in to fascism, and our neighbors seemingly being okay with it all. One of my favorite lessons I've learned about myself is that I'm no longer willing to make myself smaller for another person's comfort.
